Joint pain, more specifically knee pain is surely ‘Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki’ in this millennium. Most of us have experienced it, or have seen our dear ones dreading and complaining of the continuous pain, let alone the numerous visits to the physician, homeopath or a physiotherapist.
Joint pain may be a result of old age, inactivity, bad posture of due to obesity. But, whatever may be your cause, we bring for you, a recipe for a magic potion that will make sure that you bid an adieu to that joint pain-
What would you need?
- Oats- 1 Cup
- Orange Juice- 1 Cup
- Cinnamon- 1 tsp
- Pineapple (finely chopped)- 2 Cups
- Crushed almonds- ½ Cup
- Honey- To taste
Pour oats in a small pan and add water. Heat until oats are cooked. Let it cool.
Take cooked oats, add Cinnamon, Pineapple, Orange juice, Almonds and honey, and beat the mixture with the help of a blender.
